LongArm Quilting
Moonkin Stitchery charges $0.04 per square inch and will include Hobbs 80/20 blend batting and FREE shipping within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Longarm Services are not available internationally. U.S. Only. (Sale Taxes for the state of Texas.)

Moonkin Stitchery charges $0.35 per linear inch for machine binding services. (You'll need to supply your own binding fabric, and a trimming charge will be added as necessary.)
Machine binding only. Moonkin Stitchery uses 2.5" x WOF strips; please send enough fabric for those calculations.
How to calculate your quilting services:
Multiply the width of your quilt by the length. (Example: 50" x 60" = 3,000)
Take that number and multiply it by $0.04. (Example: 3,000 x $0.04 = $120.00)
This will give you the price for your quilting service PLUS Hobbs 80/20 blend batting and FREE shipping within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Only.
Please note that Moonkin Stitchery has a minimum charge of $80, which will include Hobbs 80/20 blend batting and FREE shipping within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Only.

How to calculate your machine binding services:
Add all four sides of your quilt. (Example: 50" x 60" 50 + 50 + 60 + 60 = 220 Linear Inch.)
Take that number and multiply it by $0.35. (Example: 220 x $0.35 = $77.00)

Quilt Preparation for Longarm Quilting Services with Moonkin Stitchery. Please read the text below before filling out the form.

Backing Fabric must be 6" longer and 6" wider on all four sides than the Quilt Top. Horizontal backing seams are preferred and result in better quilting than vertical seams. Moonkin Stitchery also quilts Minky Backings.

NO batiks quilts. NO T-Shirt quilts. NO embellishments such as buttons, charms, sequins, embroidery, couching, etc.

Measure your quilt across the top, bottom, and center. All measurements should be about the same. If not, puckering may occur during the quilting process. Borders that do not lay flat will cause tucks, pleats, and/or fullness. If this occurs, Moonkin Stitchery will do its best to handle the situation but will not be liable. Trim all loose threads on the top and underside of your quilt top and backing. Loose threads can get caught in the quilting process and may cause unwanted bunches.
Once you've paid your invoice, please ship your quilt with the following:
-
Quilt Top
-
Quilt Backing
-
Quilts Binding (If you have selected Machine Binding Services.)
Please place all items in a strong ziplock bag or plastic bag (like a trash bag if you need something larger) before placing them in the shipping box/envelope/poly mailer etc. This will help keep your fabric safer if your package becomes wet during shipping. DO NOT label the box with "Quilt" anywhere to help with theft. Last, please be aware that once your quilt is in the hands of whichever shipping services you've selected, as well as when Moonkin Stitchery ships your quilt back to you, Moonkin Stitchery is not responsible for lost packages. It is out of our hands. I recommend a tracking number as a minimum.
